Private tutor in Nashville, TN
Education
Graduated high school making a 4 on the AP Music Theory exam. Continued to complete 1 year of Vocal Music Education major at Arkansas State University. While I dropped out of college, I have used my music theory knowledge consistently. Concerning Spanish, I studied in both high school and college, which gave me a sound foundation for the grammar. Since then, I have spent nearly 6 years consistently communicating in Spanish, 2 years of which I did not go a single day without having to speak it. I am most familiar with the Mexican and Costa Rican vernacular conversationally, but because I have a handle on the grammar, "proper" Spanish is very easy for me to teach.
Experience
I taught home school Spanish for some friends of mine for about a year. I am constantly teaching some around me who are trying to learn. I co-founded Jubal Worship Academy in Glenwood, AR, where I taught guitar, drums, voice and music theory for a year and a half.

Hobbies
I am a singer/songwriter by hobby. I translate Spanish/English as part of my sales job. I was a worship leader for 10 years, and two of those years were at a Hispanic Church in Glenwood, AR. I am in Nashville now, looking for a school & opportunities to study and work in the film industry. I am a bit introverted, so one-on-one interaction is much easier and more comfortable for me than a classroom setting. I am also the oldest of 11 children (mostly half- and step-, but I grew up with most of them, so they're definitely mine!), so I love working with kids!
