I have been tutoring since high school, ranging from tutoring refugees here in Nashville to tutoring and teaching students in Germany and Europe. I have studied abroad in Germany three times, spending about a year in total studying in three different parts of the country. I'd love to be a tutor because I have spent so much time speaking German over the years, that it honestly is a bit disappointing that I can only spend class time speaking German. The students I tutored in Germany seemed to enjoy and benefit from my tutoring methods, and I was hoping to transfer those skills so that I could use them at home-- and speak another language in the process! On a similar note, when I studied in Regensburg, I took a Political Science heavy course load, courses that were only conducted in German.
