Education

I recently graduated from Lipscomb University with a degree in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Physics in 2016. My GPA in undergrad was a 3.4. I graduated in three years with my degree and plan on going on to get my masters and hopefully doctorate in Physics. Additionally, I've studied in Chemistry, Biology, and quite a few religious studies courses.

Experience

I've tutoring both for Lipscomb's campus and privately for the past three years, and tutored in high school before that. I scored a 4 or higher on AP physics B, physics C, Calculus A/B, AP Language, AP Microeconomics, and AP American Government. I've taken all the required math classes to get a degree in math, physics 1 and 2, quantum physics, biomedical physics, and mechanics. In engineering I've taken introduction to mechanical engineering, and tutored for the school in statics, dynamics, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics.

Hobbies

I love music. I play in a music group here in Nashville. Additionally, I love to get outdoors to hike, camp, climb, kayak; really, anything outdoorsy I'm a huge fan of. I grew up in Colorado and skied every winter since I was 6. I love to learn. Although I graduated in math, now that I have finished school I have started to read and study cognitive sciences to keep me entertained and continue my academic development.
