I am currently finishing my last semester at Vanderbilt University majoring in Mathematics and Secondary Education. I did very well on the math portion of my ACT and have taken higher level math courses to pursue my desire of becoming a math teacher.I will start teaching Algebra 2 at McGavock High School starting in January. I tutor because math is my passion and I understand that we all learn differently. I have tutored mathematics throughout my time in college. I have worked for a program called Bridges to Belmont ,where I was a teacher assistant for a college course. I have experience working with many students of different backgrounds and learning styles through my student teaching experience at several Nashville schools.
