I've been tutoring both independently and through school-run programs for 10 years now, predominately in STEM fields. While I tend to prefer subjects I continue to use in my own studies as a Vanderbilt PhD electrical engineering student, I will happily refresh my memory on any specific area I've personally performed well in in the past.
