I have been a private tutor for middle and high school students for eight years. I am passionate about education and really enjoy helping students find their passion for learning and teaching study skills with the ultimate goal of independent success without help from tutors. I have traveled the world doing marine science research and am always looking for opportunities to make student's school work exciting and applicable to the real world. I've taken courses in biology, earth sciences, chemistry, advanced mathematics, spanish, art history, literature, and both philosophy and psychology of education. I can also assist with general organizational and study strategies as well as test preparation for the SAT and ACT.
