Utah Valley University, Orem UT Graduated in April 2005 with an associate of art degree with a Spanish emphasis. Logan University, Chesterfield MO. Graduated with a bachelors in life science in August of 2007. Logan College of Chiropractic, Chesterfield MO. Graduated in August 2009 with a doctorate degree in chiropractic. I was in a concurrent enrollment program at Logan University that allowed me to work towards a bachelors and doctorate degree at the same time.
Experience
I have small children that benefit from tutoring and coaches. I see the difference a little extra help makes in their lives and feel like I can do the same for others. I help my kids with their homework on a daily basis and even some of the neighbor kids have asked for help from time to time. I have worked as an adjunct instructor at ITT technical institute. I teach Anatomy and Physiology. I have worked with mostly nursing students and have also taught microbiology. I have been teaching at ITT tech for 1 year. I have taken upper level Spanish language and literature courses. I spent time in Mexico learning Spanish and doing a service mission. I worked as a Spanish/English Translator at an elementary school for parent teacher conference. Through my education I have taken many courses in the sciences including anatomy, chemistry, biology and exercise physiology. I like to learn how things work and I am currently working towards a post graduate certification is sports medicine. I currently run my own business as a chiropractor and use anatomy everyday. I have the opportunity to teach daily and help people understand what is going on with their bodies and how they can get better.

Hobbies
I love the outdoors. I enjoy a morning hike through the woods or cooking dinner over a fire. I am involved with the local scout organization and organize and carry out weekly den meetings and activities. I am involved in the state association for chiropractors and serve as a district representative on the board. I enjoy a good book and with four kids there is a lot of Harry Potter, Magic Tree House, and Diary of a Wimpy Kid in my home.
